Legal Fees and Dispute Resolution

By booking a service or purchasing a product from Jolorah & Co., you agree that Jolorah & Co. shall not be held liable for claims arising from personal preference, misuse of products, failure to follow provided care instructions, or dissatisfaction once services are rendered or products are delivered.

In the event a client initiates legal action against Jolorah & Co. and the outcome is resolved in favor of Jolorah & Co., the client agrees to assume full responsibility for all legal expenses incurred by Jolorah & Co., including court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.

 

Sales, Services & Fulfillment Policy

At Jolorah & Co., we are committed to providing high-quality services and premium products. Please review the following policies carefully before booking an appointment or completing a purchase, as all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

 

In-Person Services

All in-person services are final sale. Due to the time, expertise, and preparation required, refunds are not offered on completed services. Any concerns regarding a service must be communicated before leaving your appointment so they may be addressed at that time. Management will use their discretion to fix any issues in a timely manner. Jolorah & Co. does not issue refunds for dissatisfaction based on personal preference once a service has been completed.

 

Hair Extensions, Wigs & Hair Products

All hair sales are final due to hygiene and safety standards. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, or hair care products once they have been opened, installed, altered, or worn.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within three days of delivery with clear photos for review. Replacements are issued only in cases of verified defects or fulfillment errors. Jolorah & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers once an order has been shipped.

 

Digital Products

All digital products, including downloads, guides, classes, and educational materials, are non-refundable once delivered. Due to the nature of digital content, no exceptions will be made.

 

Hair Orders & Special Orders

Custom and special hair orders require full payment at the time of purchase and are non-cancellable and non-refundable once submitted. Processing and fulfillment timelines vary and will be communicated at the time of order.
